  Dr. Chokshi is an associated physician of Day Kimball Healthcare and has been in practice at The Center For Bone & Joint Care since 2003. As a former assistant team surgeon with the New York Mets Dr. Chokshi enjoys all sports, but baseball is by far his favorite . He also enjoys hiking, golfing and spending time with his wife and two children.
