A bimonthly, peer-to-peer

Asthma Solutions (FREE Asthma Clinic)
At the clinic, you will meet with a Respiratory
Therapist and Lung Physician who will do free
evaluation, testing, management, and education.
The clinic is for those 15 years and older without
regular access to healthcare and who are uninsured
or underinsured. The clinic will provide you
with the proper tools and education to lead a

Nurturing Families Network
Assistance for
first-time parents and for all parents with children
from birth to age five. Nurturing Families offers a
support and play group, telephone support calls,

A Child's Surgical Tour. All children and their families who are anticipating surgery are invited for an educational tour of the Surgical Services Department at Day Kimball Hospital.

Diabetes Self-Management Education
Program
Day Kimball Hospital offers an outpatient
Diabetes Self-Management Education Program.
This program, recognized by the American Diabetes
Association, offers a series of informative, hands-on
educational sessions to both adolescents and adults
living with Type 1,Type 2, pre-diabetes and gestational
diabetes. Participants in the program learn to understand
diabetes, including the importance of daily
blood glucose testing, how nutrition and exercise
positively impact diabetes, and many other important
topics related to diabetes. Insurance or physician

Healthy Start/Husky Program
A free healthcare
program for pregnant women and children up
to 19 years of age. Services
include prenatal care for
pregnant women, and complete medical coverage for
children. Parents
or guardians may qualify for free
medical assistance if financial restrictions are met.

Mammograms and Pap Tests (FREE)
Clinical
breast exams, mammograms, pap tests, pelvic exams
and other diagnostic services are available to women
who are 40 years of age or older, have no health
insurance, are not covered
for those services, or
have a high deductible.

Sleep Disorder Center
Physicians and Polysomnographic Technologists diagnose,
test and treat sleep disorders.

Well Child Care (FREE)
Includes physical exams, immunizations, simple blood
tests, health supervision and counseling for parents
regarding normal growth and development habit
training, emotional health and diet for children up to
five years of age.

to new medical or trauma related conditions, progressive debilitating
diseases or upgrades to current mobility devices. Meets the 1st Monday of

Women, Infant and Children Program (WIC)
WIC is a supplemental food and nutrition
program for women who are pregnant, breast-feeding
mothers and infants and children under five years
old. WIC provides nutrition education as well as formula,
eggs, milk, juice, cheese, cereals, dried beans and
peanut butter.This is an income eligible program. For
