In this second workshop participants will be given the opportunity to experience the many benefits writing can have on their health and well-being. While the act of writing occupies our analytical, rational left brain, the right brain is free to create, intuit, and feel. As a result, writing allows us to access greater dimensions of consciousness to better understand ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Mindful of the needs of whole person care, the Winter Retreat series provides a learning environment that will attend to body, mind, spirit, and emotional well-being. Nutritious food, movement, poetry, breath, and meditation are woven into every class.
