Our walk-in service is moving and changing.

The Walk-In Center at the Day Kimball Healthcare Center in Plainfield will be closed as of Monday, August 31, 2015.

Walk-in services for current patients of Day Kimball Medical Group primary care practices only will begin at our Healthcare Center in Dayville beginning on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. Walk-in service hours at the Dayville location will be weekdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

When your doctor's office is closed, we're still here for you.

On weekdays, your Day Kimball Medical Group primary care practitioner can meet your urgent care needs with same-day sick appointments during regular office hours.
