Recently, Girl Scout Troop 65135 from Sterling, CT with troop leader, Tammy Vicente, and parents, took a tour of Day Kimball Hospital. The scouts were able to see each department and learn how major departments function on a daily basis. Nancy Morrow, Vice President of Development and John OíKeefe, Nurse Manager of the Intensive Care Unit lead the tour. From CAT Scan, to ICU, to Maternal Child Health, the girls were able to interact with Hospital staff and learn about the equipment used in some of these departments. The Hospital offers tours once a month and welcomes anyone interested in learning more about Day Kimball Hospital and seeing the facility first hand. Call the Development Office at 928-7141 to register for a tour.
