Rules-based scheduling and improved communication outside the hospital are expected to boost hospital revenues, improve community physician loyalty and streamline the scheduling process, increasing patient satisfaction
Campbell, CA, October 11, 2012— SCI Solutions, a leading provider of physician referral management and rules-based scheduling services, announced today a business relationship with Day Kimball Healthcare to connect it’s healthcare system to referring physicians within the community and improve patient satisfaction through access management innovations. In connection with this collaboration, SCI’s solutions will be implemented for Day Kimball’s physician network of nearly 300 providers operating throughout Northeast Connecticut.
“Patient and physician satisfaction have always been top priority for Day Kimball,” said Robert E.
