Aligning with the distinct rhythm of winter, where the shorter days and longer nights invite us to move inside to nurture and replenish our essential relationship with ourselves, this seminar will provide space, time and support to help you gently reconnect with your essential self, explore a variety of self care and stress management techniques, to ultimately support a process of self discovery and regeneration.
Hillary Stern, LCSW and a dance movement therapist, helps children and adults connect to their innate creativity and return to wholeness. She has been in private practice since 1996, currently in Mansfield Center, Connecticut.
Cherese Mathews is an artist, educator, Kripalu Yoga Dance facilitator, Reiki Master/Teacher. She has a private practice using transformational breath, energy healing and creative process.
Robin Thompson, RN, HNC, is a certified holistic nurse, health coach and stress management teacher. She is the Program Coordinator for Day Kimball Hospital’s Integrative Medicine and Employee Wellness Programs.
