Maximizing Your Fitness Goals: Avoiding Injuries

Come to this evening class to learn from a certified personal trainer and exercise physiologist important guidelines to create a personalized fitness routine, specifically participants will:
1) Learn how to create a personalized fitness plan for optimal health
2) Be able to clarify their fitness goals for maximum benefit
3) Learn specific stretches to how to prevent injury
4) Get answers to questions
Wear comfortable clothing. A light snack will be offered.
Brenda Rich-Pike, MA an Exercise Physiologist and certified Personal Trainer, has worked in cardiac rehab programs, YWCA wellness programs, and college fitness facilities. She is currently the staff exercise physiologist for the Day Kimball Healthcare Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation program.
