Please report to the registration area. If you have been pre-registered you may need to sign some paperwork. At this time an ID bracelet will be placed on your wrist. This bracelet is used to identify you throughout your stay in the hospital. If the bracelet comes off please be sure to request a new one.

New Plainfield Healthcare Center - Opening December 2010

Construction is underway for the new Day Kimball Healthcare Center located at 12 Lathrop Road in Plainfield, CT. This new medical office facility is a 27,500 sf, two-story building located on a beautifully landscaped, 4-acre site with access from Lathrop Road and Dow Road.
