2008 Recognition Garden

The Memorial Garden offers you an opportunity to buy a plant in memory, honor, or recognition of someone you love. The garden is in the shape of a rainbow, representing hope. You may tour the pathways of this colorful display to reflect upon your precious memories.

To purchase a plant in memory, honor, or recognition of a loved one, please send $5.00 per plant along with the completed order form to: Day Kimball Hospital, Philanthropy Office, P.O. Box 632, Putnam, CT 06260.
