Our Dayville Healthcare Center offers the following:

The Geriatric Care Management Program offers comprehensive evaluation, planning and care coordination for seniors, their families and health care providers.
- Diabetes Management Program: (860) 779-9270
Day Kimball Hospital developed an outpatient Diabetes Self-Management Education Program. This program offers education to both adolescents and adults living with Type 1, Type 2, pre-diabetes and gestational diabetes.
Day Kimball Obstetrics and Gynecology, formerly at the Dog Hill Road, Dayville location, has moved to the new Women's Health Center in Plainfield:

Convenient, comprehensive, interdisciplinary healthcare for women, including OB/GYN services, designed by female medical professionals. Provides healthcare services to women of all ages, including consults, annual exams, pap tests, breast exams, OB confirmation visits and well visits.
