Our Dayville Healthcare Center offers the following services:

Day Kimball Obstetrics and Gynecology: (860) 779-6005
Provides healthcare services to women of all ages, including consults, annual exams, Pap tests, breast exams, OB confirmation visits and well visits.

Geriatric Care Management Program: (860) 779-9270
The Geriatric Care Management Program offers comprehensive evaluation, planning and care coordination for seniors, their families and health care providers.

Diabetes Management Program: (860) 779-9270
Day Kimball Hospital developed an outpatient Diabetes Self-Management Education Program. This program offers education to both adolescents and adults living with Type 1, Type 2, pre-diabetes and gestational diabetes.
