Physician offices should refer all blood draw patients to this facility except stat labs, which should be referred to the hospital laboratory. In addition patients seen at practices within Day Kimball Hospital should also go to the hospital laboratory.

Franklin Home Health products include a full line of equipment such as lift chairs, stockings, orthotics, diabetic supplies and shoes, rehabilitation products and exercise and specialty items like Biofreeze, med-alert bracelets, and lymphedema and mastectomy products. Franklin Home Health is relocating here from Providence Street in Putnam.

Opened November 21, 2011: The new Putnam Healthcare Center provides a convenient location and comfortable environment for our Putnam-area patients, where we deliver a patient-centric approach to care. In addition, moving services to the Putnam Healthcare Center is the first step toward enhancing our Emergency Department, which will be expanding in the near future.
