Day Kimball HomeCare is a Medicare certified Home health agency providing skilled care in patient homes. Services provided include IV therapy, Wound Care, Telemonitoring and Acute and Chronic Care Management. Programs include Care of the Sick, Wellness and Maternal Child Health.

Our skilled professionals include Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. Medical Social Workers provide long term planning, brief counseling and supportive care in dealing with illness. Home Health Aides provide supportive hands on care, including assistance with bathing, carrying out home exercise programs and supporting patient safety.

Hours of Operation

8am - 4:30pm Sunday-Saturday

We provide service twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. On call coverage by a Registered Nurse outside of routine business hours provides the patients and their families the availability of consult by phone. Medical triage by phone may result in the need for a home visit or the need to recommend immediate medical treatment.
