On January 1, 2013, several Day Kimball Hospital and Physician Services of Northeast Connecticut practices officially changed their names to “Day Kimball Medical Group, Inc.” Our new name better reflects what has been true for quite some time — that our practices are all part of Day Kimball Healthcare, Northeast Connecticut’s premier integrated medical services network. We’re proud to bring our patients enhanced care and more streamlined access to all of Day Kimball’s extensive healthcare offerings.
Our goal is to connect individuals and families with primary care and related specialty care services through their “medical home” provider.
