The mission of Hospice and Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut is to enhance the lives of the patient and family through an individualized plan of care, meeting the physical, psychosocial, spiritual and emotional needs throughout the end-of-life, and to provide bereavement care to the family.

Hospice and Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut, a program of Day Kimball Healthcare, is committed to bringing dignity and comfort to those who may be experiencing a serious and potentially life-threatening illness or who those facing the final months of life through a team of support. Living each day through the expertise and compassion of our interdisciplinary team helps to relieve some of the burdens during this difficult and emotional time.
