Individuals living with Rheumatology conditions, such as arthritis, have specialized needs. Day Kimball Hospital offers these patients, with referrals from their primary care physicians, access to Rheumatology specialists from the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center, our affiliate major medical center, without the need to travel outside the area.

It is the patient’s responsibility to check with their insurance carrier whether a referral or prior authorization is necessary prior to scheduled visit.

The Hillside Professional Building is located on Route 44, next to the hospital. Patients traveling west on Route 44 should take their first left after the hospital. Patients traveling east should take the right immediately before the hospital. The rheumatology practice is in Dr. Day’s office, which is to your left when you enter the building.
