Our Adult Bereavement Group is a free group open to anyone aged 21 and up who has experienced the death of a loved one. Please join us as we explore the changes in our lives since our loss, and share ways to help us heal.

This is a peer support group, so the primary support comes from others in the group. One may receive help in expressing and understanding feelings in a safe place. This is achieved by stressing confidentiality in the group. One may also receive support simply by listening. Please note that the group facilitator guides the group discussion but is not a trained psychologist or psychiatrist.
