Day Kimball Health (DKH) has named Heather Lindell, staff accountant, as its employee of the month for August 2025. Lindell first joined DKH in 2019 as an accounting associate in the payroll/accounts payable department. In her role, Lindell contributes to the month-end and year-end close processes, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, and develops reports for the hospital, medical group, and foundation. She also supports year-end inventory, audits, and budgeting. 

“Heather is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed, supporting her team and demonstrating exceptional teamwork and dedication,” said Kyle Kramer, CEO of Day Kimball Health. “She brings a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and collaboration to her role, and we are proud to recognize her as our August Employee of the Month.”

Originally from Sterling, CT, Lindell now lives in Thompson with her husband and two sons. She holds an associate's degree in accounting from Quinebaug Valley Community College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University.
