Day Kimball Healthcare is a non-profit, medical services network serving northeast Connecticut with multiple locations from Thompson to Plainfield.  We have over 200 doctors and medical practitioners delivering high-quality care including primary care, diagnostics, general surgery, and specialty services such as oncology, orthopedics, women's health and geriatrics as well as home-based medical and companion services.

Day Kimball Hospital  | Day Kimball Hospital Campus

Day Kimball Hospital is a 104 bed community hospital located in Putnam, CT.  The hospital offers acute and general medical/surgical services, birthing center, behavioral health inpatient unit, intensive care unit, sleep disorder center, diagnostic imaging, lab and blood draw services, and a 24-hour-a-day emergency department.

Also on the hospital campus is the Community Services Center, home to Day Kimball Healthcare's Behavioral Health Center and a variety of social service programs.

Medicare certified Home health agency providing skilled care in patient homes. Available services include skilled nursing and therapy, medical social workers, registered dietitians, and home health aides to assist with personal care.



 

Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut

A end-of-life program to enhance the lives of the patient and family through an individualized plan of care, meeting the physical, psychosocial, spiritual and emotional needs throughout the end-of-life process and to provide bereavement care to the family.
