Day Kimball Healthcare Names Chris Lavallee, Education Training Assistant, Employee of the Month for September

Chris Lavallee, Education Training Assistant at Day Kimball Healthcare (DKH), has been named employee of the month for September by Day Kimball Healthcare.

Lavallee, who began working at DKH in November 2012, is responsible for overseeing new hire education training through an e-learning database. In her role as Education Training Assistant, Lavallee provides operational and administrative support to the Education Department at DKH. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the clinical staff remain up to date on their continuing education courses including CPR certification.

According to Lavallee’s supervisor, Director of the Education Department, Susan Rosa, “In her role, Chris has a lot of responsibility overseeing the education of DKH staff. She does all of this with incredible patience, excellent organizational skills, and a smile. She never makes anyone feel rushed or unimportant and always makes new employees feel welcomed and valued here. Chris is a fabulous role model for superb customer service!”

In response to being named employee of the month, Lavallee said, “This award came as a great surprise. I am honored to have been named employee of the month by Day Kimball Healthcare.”
