Dueling Pianos Raises $27,000 to Benefit Day Kimball Health at Home

The Day Kimball Healthcare Foundation raised more than $27,000 to benefit Day Kimball Health’s at home services of HomeCare and Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut, during a Dueling Pianos event presented by WIN Waste Innovations on Saturday, Nov. 8, at The Raceway Restaurant and Banquet Hall.

A sold-out crowd of 250 guests was entertained by Savage Pianos, a nationally renowned dueling pianos show, that delivered a high-energy, interactive performance featuring rock ‘n’ roll favorites.

Special thanks go out to the many community members and business partners who supported the event through sponsorships, tips for tunes donations, raffle donations, dessert platter contributions, monetary gifts, and ticket purchases, and to Jim Terrien and The Raceway Restaurant and Banquet Hall for generously donating the venue.

Proceeds from the event support DKH patients and families by funding vital services not typically covered by insurance and helping ensure that patients receive high-quality, compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.
