
A Perinatal Education and Empowerment Group
The Expecting Circle is a 10-week supportive group for pregnant individuals in their first or second trimester. The group helps you build healthy self-care and mental wellness habits so you can feel more confident and ready for life after baby. Each session includes guided conversation, practical tips, and relaxation techniques that help you care for yourself as you prepare for motherhood.

The group is facilitated by Michelle “Mickie” Loucraft, LPC, PMH-C, a certified perinatal mental health and advanced trauma-informed mental health counselor. She also serves as the Connecticut Chapter Liaison for Postpartum Support International.
WHEN: Wednesdays, March 25, 2026 - May 27, 2026, 10:00 a.m. Attendance at all 10 sessions is recommended to fully benefit from the program and connect with the group.
