MY HEALTH for Day Kimball Hospital
Access a summary of your hospital stay, view discharge information, and pay bills for services related to your hospital or outpatient visit.
How to Sign Up
When you are a patient at Day Kimball Hospital, you’ll be asked to provide your email address. You’ll then receive an email with instructions to create your secure password and complete your registration.
If you did not receive the email, please contact the hospital’s Medical Records Department at (860) 928-6541 ext. 2430, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Please Note:
- Charges for physician services provided during your hospital stay are not included in your hospital bill. If you were cared for by a Day Kimball Medical Group physician, you’ll receive a separate bill from Day Kimball Medical Group.
- As of January 2024, we are using a new vendor for patient statements. Your new statement will include a Guarantor Number to access your account. If you have any questions or need help finding your Guarantor Number, please call customer service at (888) 676-0693.
- Provider partners are not part of Day Kimball Health but provide medical services at a Day Kimball Health facility and therefore bill separately. Click here to view a listing of our provider partners and contact information for their billing departments.

How to Sign Up
You can register during your next office visit with your Day Kimball Medical Group provider, or by calling your physician’s office.
The office will collect your email address and provide instructions to complete registration through a temporary password or email link.
