  I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges through psychotherapy, emotional support, and practical resources. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss with the the goal of supporting overall well-being and personal growth. 

  I am continually exploring new strategies, therapeutic approaches, and resources to better serve those I work with. My interest in psychology stems from a fascination with human behavior, mental processes, and the unique experiences that shape each person's journey. 

  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, caring for my animals, and exploring the outdoors. Whether hiking a scenic trail, fishing by a quiet lake, or traveling to new places, I find inspiration and renewal in nature and the experiences that come from discovering new destinations.
