Day Kimball Hospital is proud to offer free childbirth classes for first-time expectant parents. Classes are offered by certified instructors who are also employed as Registered Nurses in our Burdick Family Birthing Center. In addition to a tour of our birthing center, classes will provide information about the labor process, vaginal births, C-section births, pain management, breastfeeding and more.

• Saturday, January 18 and Sunday, January 19 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 1, Tuesday, April 8, Tuesday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 22 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
