Childbirth Education Classes

Day Kimball Hospital is proud to offer free childbirth classes for first-time expectant parents. Classes are offered by certified instructors who are also employed as Registered Nurses in our Burdick Family Birthing Center. In addition to a tour of our birthing center, classes will provide information about the labor process, vaginal births, C-section births, pain management, breastfeeding and more. 

Classes are offered in a two-part weekend series, held on Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day. 2026 dates:

• October 3 & 4, 2026
• November 14 & 15, 2026
• December 12 & 13, 2026
