Day Kimball Hospital Centreville Bank Golf Classic

Grab your clubs for an unforgettable day of golf, camaraderie, and fun! Now in its 42nd year, the Day Kimball Hospital Centreville Bank Golf Classic is an 18-hole, four-person scramble format tournament held at the picturesque Connecticut National Golf Club in Putnam, Connecticut. This one-of-a-kind golf experience offers two shotgun tee times, 7:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m., and features complimentary food & beverages, inclusion in our grand prize drawings, a registration gift, and more!

Thanks to our generous sponsors and golfers, this event has raised more than $2,822,000 for Day Kimball Hospital, making it our most significant fundraiser. Your sponsorship will show your support for our hospital and the patients we serve, having a direct impact on our community. Proceeds from this event support continued access to high-quality medical care close to home in Northeast Connecticut by helping to fund technologies, facilities, and care initiatives.

As part of your bronze sponsorship or above, a tournament package valued at more than $800 will include a tee slot reserved for you and your guests. If you are unable to field a foursome, your gift will help us to achieve our goal of $90,000 in support of the hospital.

The tournament will be held Friday, September 11, 2026, at Connecticut National Golf Club in Putnam, CT, with two tee times at 7:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.

How to Participate

• Register as a Foursome: Golfers may enter as a foursome for $600 per team.
• Become a Sponsor: Tournament Sponsorship demonstrates to family, friends, and colleagues your commitment to quality healthcare and the value of its accessibility "close to home". There are several sponsorship levels to choose from, most of which include a foursome tournament package worth more than $800 in addition to publicity benefits!

Sponsorship Opportunities

All Bronze Sponsorships and above include listing on our tournament sponsor board, recognition on our website, and inclusion in print promotional materials. Additional perks for your guests at the event include greens/cart fees, complimentary food & beverages, inclusion in our grand prize drawings, and a registration gift.
