Dementia Caregiver Education Series

The Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter, in collaboration with Day Kimball Health and Day Kimball Homecare, presents a four-part education series for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and their care partners.

These programs, held monthly, will be offered in person and can be provided virtually for those not able to attend in person. Attendance at each session is encouraged but not required. Light refreshments will be served.

All programs in this four-part series will be held on Mondays from 6 to 8 pm:
