A program of caring & support as we enter the holiday season.
This heartfelt program offers tips for coping with holiday grief and includes meaningful activities to help you embrace forgiveness and cherish fond memories. Come to listen or to participate; the group & the facilitators are here to support you. Light refreshments will be served at the end of the program.
The agenda will be a welcome and readings, followed by gentle suggestions to help you plan & deal with the upcoming holiday season in a healthy & meaningful way.
