The Read to Grow bookmobile is coming to Day Kimball Hospital to hand out free books and Read to Grow rubber bracelets (while supplies last) to children ages birth - 7.

About Read to Grow
Now in its 23rd year, Read to Grow is a state-wide early literacy nonprofit that has given more than 2.3 million books to children and families through our Books for Babies, Books for Kids, and Early Steps to School Success programs. Whether it’s supporting parents as their child’s first and most important teacher by giving every baby born at 14 CT hospitals their first book or helping families build home libraries through regular and frequent book distributions, Read to Grow is committed to the power of literacy to change lives and to the vision that all children deserve books of their own.
