Please join us for the 30th anniversary celebration of our annual Tree of Life Ceremony. Each December, communities throughout Northeast Connecticut come together to remember and honor their loved ones through a symbol of light. The purchase of memorial lights on each community's Tree of Life benefits the wonderful work done by Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut to enhance the lives of terminally ill patients and their families.
Help us light the light of love!
You may purchase honorarium lights online, or you may print a Tree of Life form to mail in with your check.
Mail to:
Tree of Life
DKH Development Office
PO Box 632
Putnam, CT 06260
Acknowledgement cards will accompany your receipt, and your honorarium will be noted in the Tree of Life program. Gifts received after November 29, 2019 may not be publicly acknowledged in this year's program; they will be acknowledged next year.
