• Outpatient Blood Draw services at Plainfield Healthcare Center: CLOSED. Outpatient Blood Draw services at Danielson and Putnam Healthcare Centers: DELAYED OPENING at 11 a.m.
• Day Kimball Healthcare at Home office: OPEN.

• All Day Kimball Medical Group practices: DELAYED OPENING at 11 a.m. Patients with early morning appointments are being contacted to reschedule.
• Blood Draw services at Danielson, Putnam and Plainfield Healthcare Centers: DELAYED OPENING at 11 a.m.
• Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging offices: DELAYED OPENING at 11 a.m.
• Outpatient Physical Medicine offices: DELAYED OPENING at 11 a.m.
• Day Kimball Healthcare at Home office: DELAYED OPENING at 11 a.m.
• Cardiac Rehab at Day Kimball Hospital: CLOSED.
• Day Kimball Healthcare Foundation office: CLOSED.

All other services at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam will remain OPEN: Emergency Department, Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging, and all scheduled surgeries.

For medical emergencies please call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department. The Townsend Emergency Medical Center at Day Kimball Hospital remains open 24/7.
